Public perceptions of data collection by social media and tech companies. A short, anonymous survey. Six sections, 25 questions, approximately 10 minutes.
The questions ask about your experience and perception. There are no leading questions and no right answers; the design follows the IUIPC framework for privacy concern and adapts standard items from the field.
Responses are anonymous. The findings will be published as aggregate statistics on lubosdusek.com. You may optionally leave an email at the end if you'd like to receive the report when it's published.
For each statement, indicate how much you agree.
In the last 12 months. Concrete recollection rather than general impression.
Two optional questions on consent and contact.
Thank you. The findings will be published on lubosdusek.com once the sample is complete. If you left an email, you'll be the first to receive it.
If you found this useful, the most helpful thing is to share the link with one or two people whose perspective on these questions you'd value.
